I told her, although I have had many facials had never had a chemical peel. She explained how her peel worked (I have sensitive skin with hyperpigmentation and I’m 80 years old), so I thought I’d try it as she assured me it was gentle. One of my better life decisions! My face felt and looked so much better after just one (I plan to have a couple more in the next few months to really see if it helps. Although I had very light peeling (almost like a very light flaking), it seems like I see a difference in my skin texture and some lightening. My goodness where do i start. I decided to get a treatment to help with a scarred cyst, that i have had for 4 years. I had a dermatologist who gave me retinol to dry it, and felt it was not large enough to remove. I have tried too many facial products to count, nothing helped. I decided to look into a peel.
